A former henhouse has been turned into a multimedia house. Young and old can experience current research projects in exciting films and shows.
The Hennhouse is continuously updated, modernised and optimised. It is therefore worthwhile to come and visit us more often and immerse yourself in the world of research.

Opening hours:
March to november: 9 am - 7 pm daily
December to february: 11 am - 7 pm daily
The media house "Hennhouse" enables visitors to experience the work of our institute and current research projects without prior registration – vivid and varied in multimedia shows generated by 15 computers, 10 touchscreen monitors and 5 projectors.
Through the special design of the interior and the projection on the floor, visitors:innen are immediately transported into another world when entering the "inconspicuous" building.
The listed old henhouse at the idyllic Schlossmühle is ideally suited as an excursion destination in the beautiful Lake Constance region.
